If you need to contact the box office, phone 0345 300 5264 from Tuesday to Friday between midday and 3pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm. The box office counter is now also open during these hours and can be found just inside the main entrance of the Thameside Complex. All tickets over £5 are inclusive of a £1.20 per ticket booking fee.
