If you need to contact our box office, phone 0345 300 5264 from Tuesday to Saturday between 10am and 1pm. Our box office counter is now also open during these hours and can be found just inside the main entrance of the Thameside Complex. All tickets over £5 are inclusive of a £1.50 per ticket booking fee.
Accessible Seating
Seats 1 to 7 in Rows C and D offer extra leg room. Rows O and P offer extra leg room and these seats can be removed for wheelchairs. Please call the box office to book a wheelchair or accessible seat. If you use a walking aid or wheelchair but would prefer to sit in a seat in the back row, our team can help you into the theatre and keep your chair or frame safe outside until you're ready to leave. Ask a member of our friendly team when you arrive. Mobility scooters cannot be taken into the theatre but may be left in the foyer.
You must have a ticket for children over 12 months old, even if they sit on your lap. Prams, buggies and car seats are not allowed in the theatre but can be left in our foyer.

Refunds
Tickets cannot be refunded but at the discretion of the Manager may be transferred to another show or a credit applied to your account. Any difference in ticket price will be payable by the customer.
