THAMESIDE THEATRE
Theatre
16th May 2024 - 18th May 2024
UNTIL Saturday 18th May
This is an amateur production by Thurrock Court Players.
Meet Eric Swan, a mild-mannered council worker who is engaged in a series of outrageous scams involving social security benefits. Trying to keep his fraudulent activities from his wife and the welfare authorities, leads to a cascade of hilarious misunderstandings and madcap situations. As the lies pile up, Eric finds himself entangled in a web of deception that becomes increasingly difficult to maintain, and his upstairs lodger, Norman, is none too pleased to have gotten wrapped up into it himself.
This show runs for 120 minutes with A 15 minute interval.
