A DAD and daughter stepped out and walked a mile together to mark Father's Day.

Lauren Joyce and dad Paul from Stanford-le-Hope were inspired by the Co-op 'Walk A Mile with Dad' initiative and applied for special commemorative T-Shirts which they wore during their walk together.

The Co-op invited borough people to sign up to receive the shirts and 'Walk A Mile with not just to mark and remember the special bond between a dad and his children, but to help well-being and fitness by getting people out in the open air and taking exercise.
