We are a small local charity, offering relief and assistance to people in need, in or around the Thurrock area, who have dementia, including their carers and families, by supplying them with a regular place to meet, socialise and reminisce. We run a weekly reminisce/social group at Headon Hall on Thursday morning. Please bring your carer.
A movers and talkers club (gentle keep fit with a cuppa) at Welcome Club S-L-H on Friday 12-2. Tea dance (with live singers), six times a year. For more info call Margaret 07845939612 or Graham 07792569710.
