Fitness Blast offers fitness classes for all ages and abilities including Zumba, Zumba Gold and STRONG 30 in our fully air-conditioned and COVID 19 secure studio.
We are based at the Thameside Complex in Grays and have recently re-opened our doors to live classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
