As Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a key role in developing the skills, capability and future talent of our workforce. Acting as a trusted partner to managers and stakeholders across the business, you will identify learning needs, design and deliver effective development solutions, manage learning programmes and systems, and lead a small team to support a culture of continuous learning. You will also contribute to our early careers and apprenticeship initiatives, helping to attract, develop and retain talent across the organisation.
