As a Student Learning Coach, you'll be the go-to resource for students, providing tailored support and guidance to help them navigate the challenges of academic life. Your role will be to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can thrive, both in the classroom and beyond.

• Develop and implement personalised learning plans for each student, identifying their unique strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles.
• Offer one-on-one tutoring and mentoring sessions, helping students overcome academic hurdles and achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and faculty to ensure a cohesive approach to student support, ensuring seamless communication and a holistic learning experience.
• Organise and facilitate group workshops and study sessions, covering topics such as time management, study skills, and goal-setting.
• Provide emotional and social support to students, helping them navigate the challenges of student life and fostering a sense of community.
• Monitor student progress, regularly reviewing and adjusting learning plans to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and interventions, contributing to the overall assessment and reporting processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, pedagogical methods, and technological advancements to enhance the effectiveness of your coaching.

• A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, tutoring, or mentoring students within an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and addressing the unique needs of each student.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the capacity to tailor your approach to different learning styles and personalities.
• Passion for education and a genuine desire to support student growth and development.
• Proficient in the use of educational technology and digital learning tools.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
