The Role

UK Paper Hub is a fast paced forest product terminal.

Experience of working in previous management roles is essential as well as a current driving licence.

The salary paid is deemed to compensate for any additional hours worked during the week, however if weekend working is required an overtime rate applies. The post holder will be expected to work outside the standard hours of duty. Additional hours could be required before or after shifts, at weekends and on nights.

Candidate Requirements

You will excel at problem solving and change management and will have the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.

Personal credibility, enthusiasm and a flair for communication are essential, but above all there will be a need to demonstrate determination, integrity and an ability to get things done in a dynamic, challenging and customer focused environment.

You will have excellent communication skills, proven management skills and an aptitude to follow and implement all the clerical and operational procedures involved in the import/export and despatch of cargoes.
