Noble recruiting is looking for a reliable production operative Window fabricator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company that values quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and attention to detail. This position would suit somebody from a production/manufacturing background.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate uPVC and/or aluminium windows and doors to a high standard.
• Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Assemble frames, fit hardware, glazing beads, and components.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Job Description

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment.
• Using handheld tools to assemble fixtures and fittings
• Fabrication/remediation of Aluminium/PVCU doors/windows
• Using tape measures to measure materials to cut to size
