We are currently looking for a reliable candidate to join our growing team. This role is a key part of the warehouse operation ensuring that deliveries received are booked in efficiently and carrying out day to day dispatch management duties across all clients accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Entering goods received into our in-house WMS system.
  • Release orders and produce documentation and labels in batches on a client-by-client basis.
  • Follow client specific quality checks to ensure accuracy before releasing orders for packing to the warehouse.
  • Provide support for the goods in team as and when required for example physically checking deliveries received against documentation.
  • Resolve basic errors relating to data issues and raising tickets for anything that requires escalation.
  • Assist with printing of ad-hoc print jobs as required. This will involve using out commercial machines/gelatine.
  • Working closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to meet deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Following all health and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • Previous experience in dispatch management role preferred.
  • Confident communicator with strong IT skills specifically in Microsoft packages.
  • A keen eye to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work accurate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to work within a team but also on there own when required.
  • Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)

Your jobs will continue to be allocated to you throughout the week, communication with the customer is essential - any delays, issues or relevant info needs to be passed on. You would be travelling to and from customers all over the UK ports delivering and collecting palletised goods, sleeping out in the week. You would be parking in secure service stops whenever loaded.
