We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Operative / Stock controller to join our growing team. This is a key role within the warehouse operation, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing goods for dispatch, including labelling and documentation
• Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders, update stock, and track shipments
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
• Conducting quality checks to ensure orders are correct before shipment
• Working closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to meet deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Following all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch role preferred
• Accomplished and confident communicator with good call handling and strong IT skills, able and prepared to embrace responsibility across a diverse range of tasks
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
