Shifts and pay rates as a Warehouse Operative:

• Day shift: 6am to 2pm Weekday rate: 13.89 p/h Weekend rate: 15.83 p/h
• Back shift: 2pm to 10pm Weekday rate: 15.83 p/h Weekend rate: 17.77 p/h
• Night shift: 10pm to 6am Weekday rate: 17.12 p/h Weekend rate: 19.06 p/h

All overtime paid after 37.5h of work completed

Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:

• Work in a temperature-controlled environment-Including Ambient/Chill (2 - 5 degrees Celsius)
• Pick items using a voice activated pick system
• Operate LLOP (if required)
• Personally, maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety is always conducted
• Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 88%
• Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
• Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
