We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Warehouse Team Leader with supervisory experience to join our Client's dynamic team.

our role will be to be actively involved with Logistics and Warehouse Operations and to control specific Client Contracts within this busy 3PL Operation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating logistic operations and Customer service level agreements
• Supervising and scheduling warehouse staff
• Supporting Management with budgets
• Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
• Recommend process improvements
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders meeting KPI requirements
• Receive, store and move goods / Load goods for dispatch
• Manual handling
• manage and carry out regular stock counts and keep accurate records / Ensure all paperwork is logged and recorded as per company procedures
• Hazardous material handling
• Ensure compliance with manual handling

Person Specification:

• Minimum of 2 years recent supervisory experience within a warehouse 3PL environment is essential.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Awareness of and commitment to working to high levels of health and safety regulations.
• Reliable and able to work within a team environment as well as under own initiative.
• Experience with WMS, scanning systems and good knowledge of using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Forklift experience is desirable
• Adaptable and able to cope with fluent, changing work requirements.
