A128 is reopened following lengthy closure because of crash between car and motorbike
THE A128 (Brentwood Road) between the A13 and A127 is currently closed while emergency services respond to an accident.
The incident is to the north of Bulphan where the road is closed. A diversion is in place via nearby rural roads.
A statement from Essex Police last night said: "We are currently at the scene of a serious road traffic collision on the A128 Brentwood Road.
"The road is currently closed in both directions in between the A13 and A127.
"We advise motorists to avoid the area, and seek alternative routes if journeys are affected. We appreciate patience, and understanding whilst emergency services conduct vital work at scene."
