Go purple and make a difference in Corringham

By Neil Speight 20th Mar 2022

SHOPPERS visiting Corringham next Saturday are being invited to wear something purple and pop into the town's Morrisons store as part of a campaign to raise awareness of epilepsy.

As part of a campaign organised by Epilepsy Action shoppers wearing purple will be awarded a free raffle ticket. The event is part of worldwide Purple Day.

In advance you can sign up for a free purple pack, which includes loads of fun activities and ideas for you to make a difference this Purple Day. Epilepsy Action campaigns for people with epilepsy all year round, raising valuable awareness and funds to support everyone affected by the condition. Purple Day represents the biggest chance in the year to get the word out there about how important it is to understand epilepsy.
