IT'S just a year since Thurrock Nub News was in Stanford-le-Hope to report on the opening of the new branch of family-run estate agent Griffin Residential.

And 12 months on, at the other side of the borough we can report on another launch by the company.

It has just opened its new office at 107 Daiglen Drive, South Ockendon - from where sales and lettings for properties in South Ockendon, Aveley, Purfleet and the general west Thurrock area will be managed.

Instructions manager Kamilla Kang in in charge at the new branch, assisted by sales and lettings negotiator Chloe Mahon.

The past year has seen the continued growth of Griffin, which included a major refurbishment of its Grays office.

And the company's charitable foundation continues to also go from strength to strength and is supporting a wide range of individuals and organisations across the borough.

Nub News visited the new office and spoke to Kamilla and Chloe about the new operation.

Kamilla talks about her role in the area and how the property and lettings market in Thurrock continues to be buoyant.
