RESIDENTS in sheltered housing complexes across Thurrock are enjoying a range of services and activities offered by the Oomph group.

The sessions are designed to keep residents active for longer, reduce social isolation and improve mental, physical and emotional well-being – regardless of their age, gender or mobility.

Sessions are held across 29 complexes including eight sites in Grays, nine in Corringham and Chadwell St Mary, and 12 in Tilbury, South Ockendon and Aveley.

Residents in the local community can also join in the fun and benefit from these sessions – but if you have cold or flu symptoms or feel unwell, please don't attend the sessions to help us keep sheltered housing residents safe.

More information about flu or cold symptoms can be found on the NHS website.
