STARS from the hit musical film 'The Greatest Showman' have teamed up to support Treetops School in Grays.

During the coronavirus lockdown the school has kept in touch with pupils, parents and the wider Thurrock community with a string of videos on differing themes, including the 'Treetops News' series.

They have also produced a number of musical numbers featuring pupils and the latest has won the approval of Sam Humphrey from the movie - who introduces it and tells pupils why 'A Millions Dreams' was his favourite song in the film.

The Australian actor was born with a genetic disorder - Acrodysplasia - and he clearly has empathy with many of the youngsters who appear in the latest video using sign language to share the words of the song.

After telling viewers why he has teamed up with Treetops the actor, who played Charles Stratton (aka General Tom Thumb) says of the new video clip: "We are trying to spread a little bit of love. We are doing a signing video to what happens to be one of my favourite songs from The Greatest Showman. When I was growing up all I had was a million dreams./ It just goes to show if you have dreams they can come true."

Also featuring in the video are Ellis Rubin (Young Barnum) and Skylar Gunn (Charity Barnum).

Other Treetops musical videos include:
