JUBILEE celebrations in Purfleet-on-Thames will be enhanced thanks to the community's efforts to repaint the railings alongside the Thames.

After a final session yesterday (Sunday, 22 May) members of the Purfleet-on-Thames Community Forum and friends completed the restoration of the railings on land beside the river, where a jubliee party will be held on Thursday, 2 June.
