THE carcass of a butchered animal and its skin is the latest unpleasant find by residents in an area blighted by fly-tippers.

Councillor John Allen's attention to the dumped carcass of what appears to be a large goat was brought this morning (Saturday, 12 December) by a resident.

Cllr Allen has visited the Gun Hill area between East Tilbury and Tilbury and located the site and has asked the council to urgently move the remains.

"Fly-tipping is bad enough but something like this is absolutely atrocious," said Cllr Allen. I have asked the council as a matter or urgency to see if we can clean this up but it just makes you wonder how low some people can stoop."
