Bid to put two large homes on corner plot

PLANS have been submitted to Thurrock Council to demolish an existing chalet style home on a Stanford-le-Hope residential estate and replace it with two new four bedroom homes.

The application has been submitted for the plot known as Jemaine which sits on the junction of Branksome Avenue and Branksome Close.
