Big hold-ups following Thurrock crash

THERE are significant tailbacks of traffic on the A13 and A1089 (Dock Approach Road) following a crash this afternoon (Monday, 21 September).

The A1089 is closed in both directions between Marshfoot Road roundabout and the A13 following an accident involving a lorry and a van.

The adjacent carriageway was also closed to allow the air ambulance to land.
