Borough Remembrance season gets underway today

THE season of remembrance will start in Thurrock this morning (Sunday, 2 November), with the parade (starting 10.30am) from Purfleet Heritage and Military Centre on Centurion Way to nearby St Stephen's Church on London Road, where wreaths will be laid at the memorial. See details via this link.

This afternoon a short service and wreath-laying will take place at the Memorial Ground, West Thurrock, at 2pm.
