IT'S Armistice Day and across the borough there will be a reflection on the sacrifice of our fallen heroes at 11am.

Remembrance has been marked with many displays of wreaths, poppies, flags and iconic wooden cut out images.

One of the most impressive is in East Tilbury where Ed Sammons has again produced a poignant tribute around the entrance to Gobions Park.

There are many more.

The entrace to Homesteads Village Hall has a fine tribute.

And once again Bulphan Church looks very impressive in salute of the fallen.

A full list of local commemoration and remembrace ceremonies can be found here.
