Call to help create a Mindful mural that will carry mental health message in Grays

Thurrock and Brentwood Mind's - Lived Experience Panel and Start Thurrock are working in collaboration to create a large-scale art mural, that will be created to mark World Mental Health Day on Friday (10 October) this week.

The mural will consist of four moveable panels in the new sensory garden behind the Mind office at 152 Bridge Road. It should be in place by Friday, 24 October.

Residents are invited to help make it happen by attending on the following dates to take part!

• Grays Library, 7 October 3pm -4pm,

• Belhus Library, 10 Oct 2-4pm

• Corringham Library, 10 Oct, 2-4pm

• Tilbury Library, 10 October 11-1pm.
