Centre is open again and welcomes Gurkha day

Purfleet Heritage and Military Centre has reopened after maintenance work was completed.

It will host its annual Gurkha family day on Sunday (6 April).

It's an opportunity to ex Gurkhas and their families. Find out more about their history and culture, traditional dancing and much more. A very enjoyable day to be had.

A centre spokesperson said: "We look forward to seeing you."
