Charity Day will remember Stewart

BELHUS Cricket Club at North Stifford will play host to a charity fun day this coming weekend (Sunday, 25 August) in tribute to and in memory of Stewart Farr.

Stewart was a young man and popular member of the club who died in tragic circumstances in 2018.

His life has been remembered since with an annual charity event and this year it will support the teenage Cancer Trust, Treasured Memories and Help for Heroes.

Sunday's event on the Village Green will start at 9.30am and will include a host of events oncluding cricket matches, a barbecue, raffles, an auction and stall and the bar will be open all day.
