Come along to Parents 1st's new Thurrock drop-in session in the lovely surroundings of Thameside nature reserve.

We'll be set up in a 'cosy corner' of the visitor's centre for you to join us, either before or after you've had a walk. Come for a chat with our Parents 1st peer supporters and other parents. Drinks will be available from the onsite cafe.

Whether you'd like to share your experiences about pregnancy or life as a new parent, ask questions, or simply enjoy a cuppa while your baby naps, you'll find a warm welcome here. No booking required so feel free to drop in and say hi.
