Charity's thanks after Lakeside helps pensioners get intu the party swing

THE co-ordinator of the Thurrock Re-engage charity group has expressed her thanks after another successful event in the borough.

The charity, which helps older people avoid feeling isolated by organising social events for them, took a party of pensioners for afternoon tea at intu Lakeside.

Loraine Coleman says: "A very big thank you to Sarah Rivett and intu Lakeside and the lovely Clarins ladies for treating our Re-engage tea party guests to such a special afternoon.

"Fabulous food and wonderful Clarins hand massages. How can we thank you enough? Lots of happy faces."
