Christine captures thunderous moments over borough

RESIDENTS across the region have commented on last night's spectacular thunderstorms that rolled over Thurrock.

One managed to capture the power and magnitude of the fork and ball lightning as it passed close to her home in Ashley Gardens, Blackshots.

Christine Eastland said: "They are taken out of my conservatory window on my phone camera. I have no photographic experience, but they were just a few lucky shots."
