Commemoration of Battle of Britain in Grays

CIVIC dignitaries including Borough MP Jackie Doyle-Price and Mayor Cllr Sue Shinnick attended this morning's commemoration of the Battle of Britain at Grays High Street war memorial.

The service included the laying of wreaths and the Last Post. The service was led by Maureen McPherson, the Thurrock RAF Association branch padre.
