VOLUNTEERS from the Orchards Community Forum in Grays recently completed their latest litter-pick.

They spent several hours clearing dumping from the alleys around Salisbury and Richmond Road.

After the rubbish was collected together, it was cleared by Thurock Council.

Among those taking part is local councillor John kent, who said: "My thanks to all of the volunteers for their hard work.

"And to Thurrock Council that supports us, on the day, with a caged van and pays the disposal costs - for which we are very grateful!"
