APPLICATIONS are now open for a number of apprenticeship opportunities at Thurrock Council.

Cllr Jack Duffin, Cabinet Member for Central Services, said: "We are always looking for new talent to join our services, and apprenticeships are a brilliant opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds to consider joining the council.

"With vacancies currently available in business administration and procurement, and some apprenticeships offering up to the equivalent of a degree, they really are a great way to expand your horizons and can lead to a rewarding and fulfilling career.

"I encourage everyone to think about how apprenticeships could help them develop their skills, knowledge and experience and consider applying today."

The full list of vacancies are available to view at thurrock.gov.uk/apprenticeshipsp, with online applications remaining open until Sunday, 18 July. You can also get in touch for any help and support regarding apprenticeships through our career advice or learning and skills services.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a virtual information session on Thursday, 29 July to find out more about the roles and when interviews will take place.
