Counting underway in Thurrock but it's going slowly. First result declared
COUNTING is now underway at Tilbury's International Cruise Terminal which is playing host to the final stages of this year's local council elections.
17 results in local wards are due to be declared with the first now forecast not to be due until some time after 3.15am. It is set to be Tilbury St Chads.
