Dave and Co doing their bit to raise a happy memory and help a great cause

A CORRINGHAM-based funeral service will be hosting an event to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support later this week - and is offering the chance for people to pay a tribute to a lost loved one.

DJ Cotton and Sons, based at Lampits Hill, is inviting residents to attend a coffee morning at its premises on Friday, 30 September, from 11am.

The company's founder, Dave Cotton - who featured in a Thurrock Nub News story when launching the business earlier this year - says: "Please pop by for a coffee and a cake or you can donate to remember a loved one via this link, where you can also create a personalised memorial message.
