Delivery rider survives dramatic collision at junction

MOTORISTS have been advised to avoid the Drake Road area of Chafford Hundred, at its junction with Camden Road while emergency services deal with a collision this evening ( Friday, 5 January).

It happened around 7.45pm when a delivery bike rider and a car were in collision at the junction.

The impact was significant and shocked witnesses but the bike rider, although requiring treatment from ambulance crews that quickly arrived on the scene, walked away from the crash.
