Developers speak at consultation event about proposed 320 homes development in Corringham

RESIDENTS were invited this afternoon (Wednesday, 5 March) to a consultation event with the developers behind an application for 320 new homes in the green belt in Corringham.

The consultation event by Telescope Property Group in relation to their plans to bring forward the Northland's View development in Corringham opened at 3pm at East Thurrock Community Association on Corringham Roadand Nub News attended to speak to the people behind the scheme.

Its backers say the vision for Northland's View seeks to create a sustainable and vibrant new neighbourhood extension that is well-integrated into the existing community.

The proposal includes up to 320 new homes, alongside retirement and care facilities.
