POLICE have made an appeal to the public for help in connection with an ongoing burglary investigation in Tilbury. 

They are trying to locate Paul Girling, 60, who is around 5ft 10ins in height, of medium build, with blue eyes and short, grey hair. 

He has links to the Grays and Tilbury areas.
