THERE has been a happy outcome to the search for a missing and much-loved cat in Stifford Clays.

Nub News recently reported on disappearance of Dolly after she had been 'cat-napped'.

After more than a week the hopes of her owner, Louise Sarah, who lives at 46 Goddard Road, Stifford Clays, were fading.

But now Louise has joyfully reported a successful outcome, saying: "Wonderful news. Two weeks after her cat-napping Dolly was seen in a garden in Crammavill Street.

"We went and she wasn't there. But as she heard my voice, she was back in the garden. She was meowing and came straight to me. Animals definitely don't forget their owners after nearly 20 years.

"I just want to say a huge than-you to everyone who shared my posts, leaflet drops, put up posters and searched for her.

"We are so happy."
