PLANS have been submitted to Thurrock Council to demolish a three bedroom detached house and replace it with three four-bedroomed new dwellings.

The property the applicants want to demolish is 80A Hogg Lane in Grays, which sits adjacent to come undeveloped land.

Applicants propose to demolish the existing house and build a terrace of four floor homes.

Each of the new homes consists of a study/guest bedroom and living room at 'ground floor' at the front. The lower ground floor has an open kitchen living area at the rear of the house and an office and a playroom at the front of the house. There are two bedroom on each of the upper floors.
