Family fun event will feature charity match

A CLASH of emergency services will take place in Corringham this weekend when firefighters take on ambulance staff in a charity football match.

It will be on of the featured events at a charity family-fun day on Saturday (12 August) at the Wyldcrest Sports Club on Herd Lane.

The fun starts at noon, with the match kicking off at 3pm.

There will be lots of entertainment for children, including appearances by Joe Banana and Paw Patrol.

Admission is £2 for adults, £1 for children with a family ticket costing £5.
