Firefighters get woman free after car crash

FIREFIGHTERS rescued a woman following a road traffic collision in South Ockendon this morning (Sunday, 20 June).

On arrival at the scene of the incident on Darenth Lane, crews reported two vehicles had collided and a woman was trapped in her vehicle.

Crews rescued the woman and made the scene safe by 12:10pm.

The casualty was left in the care of the Ambulance Service.
