Firefighters pick man from jeopardy

FIREFIGHTERS used an aerial platform ladder to rescue a man trapped on a cherry picker today (Friday, 19 November).

The incident happened on John William Close in Chafford Hundred at 9.55am.

Two crews from Grays fire station were deployed to the incident and rescued the man who was stranded on the 15 metre high cherry picker after it malfunctioned.
