Flower festival in celebration of church's service to community

OVER this coming weekend St Michael's Church, Aveley, will be celebrating 900 years of service to the local community and surrounding areas. 

On Saturday, 30 September  at 10am the church will be opened. Light refreshments will be available.

From 11am till 4pm Thurrock History Cociety will have a displaying of slides and other information and at 6pm there will be a concert by Chelmsford Community Gospel Choir.

Entry all day is free though voluntary donations will be appreciated.
