Former Hassenbrook pupil makes WWE

A FORMER Thurock student is now proving a big success in the world of wrestling.

Lewis Howley, who left Hassenbrook Academy in June 2013 (with a very decent set of results) has joined Smackdown which is WWE's (World Wrestling Entertainment) second main flagship show that airs weekly across the world.

Lewis is now a fully-fledged employed member of the WWE roster under the name Elton Prince.

He joined them originally on a sporadic appearance contract in 2020 (UK based mostly non-televised) and has been working in their developmental shows and circuits during 21/22 and was crowned Tag Champions of their developmental show, NXT during 2022 and 2023.

Making the move to Smackdown means that Lewis will be on TV weekly (BT Sport in the UK) and aired across the world to millions of fans worldwide (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WWE_SmackDown) not to mention means a full lucrative WWE contract.

Lewis will now be known to millions of wrestling fans across the world.
