PLANNING officers have given the green light for four new homes to be built behind an existing home in Chadwell St Mary.

Access to the new homes will be made possible because of the demolition of an existing garage attached to the property at 3 River View.

Behind the home home, construction of a two storey terrace of three three-bedroomom dwellings and a two storey three-bedroom detached dwelling will take place.

Previously outline planning permission had been granted for the demolition of the existing property and construction of seven three-bedroom houses.
