Four vehicle crash blocked A13

A FOUR vehicle accident caused considerable congestion on the London-bound A13 carriageway between Basildon and Stanford-le-Hope this afternoon.
The crash happened around 4.20pm close to the Five Bells interchange at Fobbing.
There were significant delays while the crash was cleared but it was reported that traffic was flowing normally again around 5.30pm.
