Nathan Green, who runs Green's Gifts at Chestnut Farm Garden Centre in South Ockendon said: "Where do I start I would like to thank everyone who came and supported our fun day so many people turned out throughout the day.

"A huge thank you to Thurrock Face Painting for hosting an amazing raffle and teddy tombola to raise money for Avery the brave and amazing Lenny the Lion appearances.

"We also had so much fun with @bargainbay with lots of toys and games for all the children they absolutely enjoyed them.

"Also it was amazing that Avery & Jax came down and joined in the fun. I'd also like to personally thank Chestnut Farm Garden Centre for their very generous donation to Avery. And Thurrock Bikers for their insane contribution to donating."
