THURROCK and Brentwood Mind are inviting the community to get their festive hats and costumes on and join the Mental Elf Fun Run and Walk on Saturday, 6 December at Impulse Leisure Belhus and Sunday, 7 December at Weald Country Park, Brentwood!

The cheerful, family-friendly event is all about having fun, getting active, and supporting better mental health across our local area. Whether you run, walk, or dance your way around the route, every step helps raise awareness and vital funds for mental health services.

Local businesses, families, and friends are encouraged to take part, dress up in their best elf outfits, and spread some festive cheer while making a real difference.
