GMB members in protest at Thurrock Civic offices

CAREWORKERS from Thurrock Council have been mounting a protest this morning (Friday, 30 May) against the authority's planned changes to terms and conditions.

It is part of the ongoing industrial dispute which also involves the Unite union and Unison.

Members of Unite are currently on strike.
